I love my home, and I am happy overall with my experience with Standard Pacific. March 15, SPH offered outstanding floor plans and details in construction were extraordinary. Sales force was outstanding, and both professional and extremely helpful. July 11, Kim Rainier Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars. We are in the process of building a new home with Standard Pacific, and I love the option offerings and available floor plans, as well as the Parkland location.
Highly recommend. January 12, I built my home going on four years ago and am extremely happy with the quality and location. Never having owned before, I was clueless to the details of both the buying and building process. The staff was extremely helpful when it came to educating me on the process. The design team really listened to my comments and suggestions and helped to make my house a home! July 29, The design firm for this model was Sarah Catherine Collective. They are located in Charlotte and do work for individuals.
